Over at MetaFilter (which has at least two Montanans as members!), there are several links and a discussion about the “Not In Our Town” incident that occurred in Billings back in 1993. Quite a remarkable response to a disgusting series of events. More than a decade later, the effects still resonate with folks, including some of our own Big Sky Bloggers.

what a great, heartwarming story. Thanks for posting it.
I am a real newbie to blogging, and am writing a speech to give at a Toastmasters meeting on Thursday about the Not in Our Town campaign. What an inspiring story g story about how one community can join hands against hatred and prejudice!
