That would be my advise as well & if the district pressures then call the superintendent or Montana OPI. It is common for school officials to pressure parents to falsely sign these forms so the schools can get more money. The school officials are committing federal fraud when they accept lunch forms they know are false. The parents who falsely sign these forms are also committing fraud.
