		<description>I did not think the forms were mandatory...I know we do not qualify so I don&#039;t waste the schools&#039; time processing the papers. That would be my advise as well &amp; if the district pressures then call the superintendent or Montana OPI.</description>

		<description>Many federal school programs allocate aid based upon the number of subsidized lunches served. It is common for school officials to pressure parents to falsely sign these forms so the schools can get more money.

The school officials are committing federal fraud when they accept  lunch forms they know are false. The parents who falsely sign these forms are also committing fraud. 

Both should be reported to the FBI.
